When it comes to AI, every day is a school day

The start of this month is a time of year that’s dreaded by some and awaited eagerly by others. Going back to school is a stand-out moment in the year for most children, whether they like it or not. When you leave education, September can lose its significance – though it comes back later, if you become a parent yourself.
For some of our more junior staff members, like Video and Podcasting Executive Daine Lindsay and Content Manager Eve Michell, their school days didn’t end when they donned their caps and gowns. As two of our first apprentices, they spent much of their first year and a half at Collective Content in the (sometimes virtual) classroom with Big Creative Education.

Education shouldn’t end just because your formal studies have. At CC, we are committed to constantly learning – about new technology, about our clients’ needs and about emerging trends in content marketing. The most significant new area we’ve been tackling lately, like many companies, is generative AI (GenAI). Our entire team shares their insights and thoughts in an internal AI research group channel, and we have a smaller working group that conducts more focussed research into the topic, developing policy along the way.
